I bake sourdough breads using 80-100% stone-milled regional flours.
I bake roughly once a week and announce my bakes first on my newsletter, and then depending on availability on the Sourdosa WhatsApp group as well as on Instagram (@sourdosa).
The announcement will contain a Google form to fill out with your details and preferences. I will take orders upto two days before delivery and will confirm your orders individually on WhatsApp.
Loaf of the week : INR 500 + delivery
Other Loaf : 800 + delivery
I will send you a confirmation of your order on WhatsApp along with a QR code for payment. Your order is confirmed upon payment by UPI.

I use a delivery service (Swiggy/Borzo/Donezo) to deliver breads across Mumbai on the day of delivery. Here are your options:
* Delivery by the end of the day - flat fee INR 150. I will be sending out the loaves on Tuesday morning but I won't be able to guarantee a specific time window for delivery in this case.
* Scheduled delivery - The fee is based on your address and preferred time and will be confirmed in advance at the time of UPI payment for the bread.
* Pick-up at my home in Vashi, Navi Mumbai - If you prefer to organize your own pick-up, you're welcome to do so in-person or using an app of your choice and we can co-ordinate the pick-up time.
